PAYMENT
Shopping on FigureWaist is safe fast and convenient. We only accept SSL Encrypted secure payments.
Currently, we support:
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay & GooglePay.
ORDER & TRACKING
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date. If you have received your tracking number you can track you item here
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return a product?
Our policy lasts 30 days from arrival date.
This is because most of our products are sanitary and personal products.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and the item is faulty or defective due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase and image provided before sending. Please make sure you check your size before ordering.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via returns@figurewaist.com for more information.
If the product is received defective then we will cover the return postage.
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges. We will replace items if they are wrong size ordered, defective or damaged upon receiving, please make sure you check your size before ordering. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchange@figurewaist.com.
Make sure to include your name and order number# stating you would like to return your item for exchange.
Once received we will usually respond to your query within the first 24 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Sometimes there is a processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order
You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time. If you cancel after 24 hours and your parcel has been processed, please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Once your item shipped you will have to start a return in our return center to cancel your order.
