Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days from arrival date.

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and the item is faulty or defective due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Please ensure returning items are sent back in a new like recieved condition.

We will replace items if the wrong size is ordered however please make sure you check your size on our size guide before ordering.

If the product was received defective then we will cover the return postage.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

When your refund is processed, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Sometimes there is a processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time. If you cancel after 24 hours and your parcel has been processed you will have to start a return to cancel your order.


We will replace items if they are wrong size ordered, defective or damaged upon receiving, please make sure you check your size before ordering. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us here

Make sure to include your name and order number# when you contact stating you would like to return your item for exchange. 

Once recieved we will usually respond to your query within the first 30 minutes.
