FREE GLOBAL DELIVERY

 

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 - 6 business days to arrive.

 

Our shipping time consists of two sections:

Processing Period: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from our supplier warehouse within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
Shipping Period: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses.

 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER ORDER DATE?  

Our Shipping time typically takes between 3 and 6 business days and if you are outside the UK it depends on how fast customs in your country processes the package. Do allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery for circumstances beyond our control such as custom holds, natural disasters, country regulations, etc. The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country.   
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as Earthquake, floods or typhoons. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.   
No matter what happens, rest assured you will receive your items within the 1-3 weeks time period.

FIGUREWAIST works very closely with manufacturer suppliers from all over the world to source the best waist trainers and shapewear on the market at the best prices for you. We travel the world and meet trusted suppliers to put together a collection of fun and trending product, this way, you don’t have to drive around to retail shops, search thousands of different websites to price compare and get ideas…think of us as a one-stop shop destination for your waist tainers and shapewear. Because of this, your order can be shipped anywhere from EU, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam etc. via our partnership with USPS, Royal Mail & ePacket couriers.

 

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 2-3 business days. When this is completed, your will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date. If you have received your tracking number you can track you item here

  

  • FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
  • The only downside of our service is that our products are so *HOT* And normally out of stock in our UK warehouse. Don’t worry, we have backup storage in Asia and will ship your product directly from our warehouse if needed and your order will arrive within 2 to 4 Weeks. Your time is invaluable, we won’t waste it.

We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

 

 

IF I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL IT BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER?  

Depending on the products that I ordered and where the item is currently being manufactured and stored, different items may be sent from different places. We do this to ensure faster and more efficient delivery times for you.  

Please DO NOT panic if you've ordered 3 items and only 2 have been delivered, the other one is on the way!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return a product?

Our policy lasts 30 days from arrival date.

This is because most of our products are sanitary and personal products. 

We will accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and the item is faulty or defective due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase and image provided before sending. Please make sure you check your size before ordering.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via returns@figurewaist.com for more information.

If the product is received defective then we will cover the return postage.

 

Exchanges 

We will accept exchanges. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@figurewaist.com.

Make sure to include your name and order number# when you contact stating you would like to return your item for exchange. 

Once received we will usually respond to your query within 24 hours.
